In response to the frequent leakage problems that may occur within 2 to 3 years in the local residential market, CKS also offers extended 5-year and 10-year warranty services, delivering long-lasting protection for residential buildings.
Radiative Cooling, Energy Saving
Another major highlight of CKS’s participation is the Radiative Cooling Coating System developed by its new materials brand “SunyGleam”.The system effectively addresses the key application pain points of traditional cooling materials, including limited functionality, dust accumulation and performance loss in outdoor environments, poor weather resistance, short-lasting cooling effects, and weak protective performance.
Based on nano-spectral control technology, the system enables all-weather passive cooling with zero energy consumption and zero carbon emissions, reducing surface temperatures by 10–30°C without additional power input. It also integrates UV resistance, aging resistance, long-lasting self-cleaning and high-performance waterproofing properties, addressing the combined needs of cooling, waterproofing, weather resistance and self-cleaning. The system is widely applicable to various scenarios including energy storage and power, data centers, grain silos exterior walls, and metal roofs, providing a new pathway for energy saving and consumption reduction in tropical climates and contributing to the development of low-carbon cities.
